Designed for busy pet families, the TOPETBAY Automatic Smart Feeder utilizes advanced timed and quantitative feeding technology to make feeding simpler and more reliable. Even with unstable internet connections or power outages, it automatically dispenses food according to your pre-set feeding schedule, ensuring your pet always has an adequate and healthy supply.

The feeder can only connect to the app when it is plugged in. When switched to battery power, the device will enter sleep mode, and the app cannot be used (but the set timed feeding plan will still be executed at the set time). There is no switch or indicator light on the body. At this time, you can only test the machine by manually pressing the button to discharge food or wait for the time pre-set in the app to automatically discharge food. It is recommended to use the plug-in mode for daily use to ensure complete functionality and the best user experience.

All of our automatic feeders are designed for safe and reliable operation in Hong Kong. Each feeder comes standard with a three-pin plug that fully complies with Hong Kong's Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) safety standards. For greater power flexibility, the feeder can also be conveniently charged via USB.
