Payment Methods and Terms
We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience smoother.
If you choose to pay with PayMe or FPS (Faster Payment System) at checkout, the system will expedite the processing time by one day, allowing your beloved pet to receive their items sooner!
If a customer has already paid but requests to cancel the order and receive a refund, the company will deduct 20% of the total order amount as a handling fee. Furthermore, after an order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and payment for installation services will not be refunded.
