If you choose to pay with PayMe or FPS (Faster Payment System) at checkout, the system will expedite the processing time by one day, so your beloved pet can receive the goods sooner!
If a customer has already paid but requests our company to cancel the order and issue a refund, our company will uniformly deduct 20% of the total order amount as a handling fee. Furthermore, once an order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and payment for installation services will not be refunded.
