AIRSIDE is Nan Fung Group's new landmark in Kai Tak. AIRSIDE is located in the Kai Tak Development Area, covering an area of 1.9 million square feet.
AIRSIDE promotes the urban lifestyle of "Wholeness", integrating sustainable living with a new shopping mall and multi-purpose commercial space.
Kai Tak AIRSIDE, which combines shopping and art and cultural life, covers an area of 700,000 square feet. This most anticipated new landmark in Kowloon East officially began its first phase of trial operation on September 28, 2026!
The mall is also pet-friendly and offers a 6,000 square foot urban farm and sky garden. Many restaurants are pet-friendly, and we saw many customers with their pets on the day.

AIRSIDE offers many pet-friendly areas, but currently, the lawn is not included.

2. Pet-friendly Services
AIRSIDE offers pet-friendly services, including "pet water bowls" and "pet stroller" rental services.
However, please note that rented pet strollers can only be used within AIRSIDE and require a deposit.
3. Pet Supplies Services
In addition to renting "pet water bowls" and "pet strollers", AIRSIDE also provides:
- Pet diapers
- Pet waste bags

5. Other Rules and Details
In addition to the above services and information, dogs and their owners must also comply with the following terms to ensure everyone's safety.
- Pets must not be left unsupervised or unleashed under any circumstances.
- Each pet owner may not bring more than 2 pets to AIRSIDE.
- Dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, and all pets must be vaccinated against common infectious diseases. Original vaccination certificates may be required to be shown to staff before entry to AIRSIDE is permitted.
- Pet owners may walk their pets within the AIRSIDE pet-friendly areas, but they must be on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters at all times.
- Pet owners should at all times ensure their pets are within their control within AIRSIDE and effectively prevent their pets from causing nuisance or danger to others.
- Pet owners should prevent their pets from making excessive noise at AIRSIDE.
- Pet owners should maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the AIRSIDE pet-friendly areas and should immediately use their own prepared sealed bags, containers, and/or tools to clean up their pets' excrement.

Based on current Food and Environmental Hygiene Department regulations, dogs are not allowed in restaurant areas and supermarkets; there are many shopping malls in Hong Kong, and there may be more pet-friendly malls yet to be discovered.
