- Correct Use and Storage: Please ensure to place the mat with the [patterned side facing up] when in use! If the reverse side is stepped on for a long time, it may damage the surface. When storing, please roll the mat with the [back (gray side) facing up] inwards, so that the patterned side is rolled outwards, to prevent unnecessary deformation or creases.
- Strictly Prohibit Tape Binding: When storing or returning, do not directly bind the mat body with ropes, tape, or sealing tape, as this will cause irreversible permanent indentations to the foam material, leading to damage to the mat.
- Return/Exchange Packaging: Please inspect the package upon receipt. If damage is found, please take photos and refuse to sign. - Daily Cleaning and Odor: This product has excellent waterproof properties and can be directly rinsed with water or wiped with a wet wipe. If a slight foam is produced when wiping with a wet wipe, it is a normal phenomenon of surfactant (wetting agent) and not a product defect. Rinse with water and air dry. When newly opened, a faint natural resin odor (personal olfactory perception) is normal and harmless to the human body. Sealed packaging may have a slight odor when first opened, which will dissipate after ventilation for a period (5-7 days in summer, 7-10 days in winter).
- Environmental and Safety Warning: As the mat is completely waterproof and air-tight, if moisture under the wooden floor cannot fully evaporate, it may cause the wooden floor to discolor. It is recommended to clean the floor and ensure it is completely dry before laying the mat. Do not place heavy objects on the mat for long periods in daily use. Keep away from fire, high temperatures, or steam products to prevent deformation and warping. The crawling mat will become slightly harder in low-temperature environments.
