Notes (Storage, Maintenance, and Return/Exchange Policy)
- Correct Use and Storage: Please make sure to place the mat with the 【patterned side up】 for use! If reversed and stepped on for a long time, the surface may be damaged. When storing, please roll the mat with the 【back (gray side) facing up】 inwards, so that the patterned side is rolled on the outside, to prevent unnecessary deformation or creases.

- Daily Cleaning and Odor: This product has excellent waterproofing and can be rinsed directly with water or wiped with a wet wipe. If a small amount of foam is generated when wiping with a wet wipe, it is a normal phenomenon of surfactant (wetting agent) and not a product defect; simply rinse with water and air dry. A faint natural resin odor (subjective olfactory perception) when newly opened is normal and harmless to the human body. The sealed packaging may have some odor when first opened, which will dissipate after ventilating for a period (5-7 days in summer, 7-10 days in winter).
- Environmental and Safety Warning: As the mat is completely waterproof and isolates air, if moisture under a wooden floor cannot completely evaporate, it may cause discoloration of the wooden floor. It is recommended to clean the floor and let it dry completely before laying the mat. Do not leave heavy objects on the mat for extended periods during daily use. Keep away from fire sources, high temperatures, or steam products to prevent deformation or warping. The crawling mat will become slightly harder in low-temperature environments; please be careful not to get cut by the mat's edges when unpacking or using it.

Size, Color, Packaging, and Origin Description

- Please measure the required size, placement space, entrance width, pet's body type, and weight capacity before purchasing; returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted after purchase due to discrepancies in product size, unsuitable weight capacity, incorrect color selection, or personal needs.

- External packaging compression, incompleteness, stains, or creases caused by the shipping company or delivery process, which do not affect the normal use of the product, are not considered product quality issues.
- If obvious errors, damage, or suspected quality issues are found upon receipt, please contact the company within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and relevant proof; overdue or insufficient information may result in the company refusing to process the request.

- All wooden products, including cat trees, scratching posts, cat houses, and pet furniture, may change due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, humidity, rain, thermal expansion and contraction, storage environment, or usage methods; no refunds or after-sales arrangements will be provided after 7 days of receipt, and the company is not responsible for consequences caused by related environmental factors.
- Pet furniture or products involving materials such as wood, rattan, hemp, fabric, sponge, plastic, and metal may involve extensive manual production and processing; minor scratches, dust, indentations, color differences, imperfections, or hand-made marks on the surface, if they do not affect overall use, are considered normal and not quality issues.
- Regarding assembled goods, if problems arise due to personal installation methods, failure to follow instructions, uneven placement, loose screws, unsuitable use environment, or pet usage methods, you are responsible for handling and bearing the associated risks.
- Before ordering any assembled products or assembly services from the Pets Thing website, please carefully read the relevant service terms; these terms describe how the company or installation partner will provide assembly services at your chosen location.
- By placing an order and making payment for any assembly or installation services, you agree to the relevant service terms; once the order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be canceled, and the installation service fees are non-refundable. This handling fee and cancellation arrangement do not apply to return or exchange cases accepted in accordance with the company's return and exchange policy.
