Airline regulations reference

KML Airlines

1. When traveling in Economy Class or Business Class within Europe, you can bring 1 cat or dog in the cabin.
2. Your pet should be carried in a closed pet travel bag or pet carrier with a maximum size of 46 x 28 x 24 cm, as the pet needs to be placed under the seat in front of you. The total weight of your pet, travel bag or pet carrier must not exceed 8kg. Pets are not allowed to be released from their carriers during the flight, so please make sure your pet is small and can move around comfortably.
3. If you are traveling in Premium Comfort or Business Class on an intercontinental route, pets are not allowed in the cabin. In these travel classes, there is no way to place a pet carrier under the seat in front of you.

United Airlines

United Airlines states that pets brought in the cabin must use an approved hard-sided or soft-sided pet carrier and be placed under and in front of the passenger seat. The maximum dimensions of a hard-shell case are 17.5 inches long x 12 inches wide x 7.5 inches high (44 cm x 30 cm x 19 cm). Maximum soft-sided luggage dimensions are 18 inches long x 11 inches wide x 11 inches high (46 cm x 28 cm x 28 cm)

Only one cat or small dog is allowed per passenger in the cabin.
Your pet must be at least 10 weeks old and completely weaned.

9. Pets Thing is not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.
10. If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact Pets Thing customer service immediately on the day of delivery.
11. Reasons for exchanges, returns or refunds will not be accepted after purchase because the size of the product does not match or does not meet the needs.
12. In order to avoid contact with sexually transmitted diseases, please consider the needs of your own furkids before purchasing, so as to avoid future sales disputes. If your product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
13. If a refund is required, Pets Thing will choose the payment method of the customer at that time as the relative refund method.
