- Sizes are measured manually, and a reasonable error of 1-3cm may exist. As all dimensions are measured by hand, please refer to the actual product.

We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect product size, unsuitable weight capacity, wrong color selection, or personal dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Due to factors such as shooting light, shooting equipment, monitor settings, and different production batches, there may be slight color differences or minor detail variations between the product images and the actual product. The final color, texture, packaging, and accessories shall be based on the actual product.

If the product has been opened, tried, assembled, if the packaging tape or box has been torn, if it has pet hair, odor, stains, or any signs of use, we cannot arrange for exchange, return, or refund.
- Products that cannot be kept in a complete, new, and re-sellable condition, including damaged packaging, incomplete accessories, missing instructions, removed hang tags, damaged or incomplete items, will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by human or pet actions, or damages occurring after Pets Thing delivers the product due to use, storage, cleaning, transport, installation, or environmental factors.
- Minor compression, incomplete packaging, stains, or creases on the outer packaging caused by the shipping company or delivery process, which do not affect the normal use of the product, are not considered product quality issues.
- If you find obvious errors, damage, or suspected quality issues upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and relevant proof. We reserve the right to refuse handling late requests or those with insufficient information.

Minor surface scratches, small dust, small indentations, slight color differences, small imperfections, or handmade marks, if they do not affect overall use, are considered normal and not quality issues.
- Regarding assembled goods, if problems arise due to personal installation methods, failure to follow instructions, uneven placement, loose screws, unsuitable use environment, or pet usage, you are responsible for handling and assuming the associated risks.
- Please carefully read the relevant terms of service before ordering any assembly products or assembly services from the Pets Thing website. These terms describe how we or our installation partners will provide assembly services at your chosen location.
- By placing and paying for any assembly or installation service, you agree to the relevant terms of service. Once the order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be canceled, and installation service fees will not be refunded. This processing fee and cancellation arrangement do not apply to cases of exchange or return accepted under our exchange and return policy.
- All purchasers must assess whether the product is suitable for their pet and home environment and assume the risks of use and safety. Pets Thing will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses to any purchaser, pet, third party, or property occurring due to the installation, use, storage, or misuse of the product.
Order Cancellation, Refund Processing Fee, and Final Decision Rights
- For customers who have paid and request cancellation and refund of an order, we will deduct 20% of the total order amount as an administrative and payment platform processing fee. If the order has been shipped, prepared, installation arranged, custom-made, or handed over to the supplier, cancellation may not be possible.

- If the customer chooses self-pickup as the collection method, the pickup period is within two weeks after placing the order (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Failure to pick up within the specified period will be considered an abandoned order.
- Each order is limited to a single delivery address.
- Our company is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect recipient address, phone number, name, or delivery information provided by the customer. Customers should follow up or contact SF Express directly.
- If the customer entrusts the delivery person to leave the goods at the door of the address or with the building management for collection, the customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods.
