We use a complex "one base coat, two top coats, five polishings" spray painting process, followed by 72 hours of natural curing. This not only creates an extremely smooth touch but also forms a tough protective film that effectively resists vomit, urine, or spilled liquids, making cleaning easier than ever. Product Size, Exchange & After-Sales Terms
By placing an order and making payment on the Pets Thing website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following product terms and after-sales arrangements; if there are special instructions on the product page, they shall apply in conjunction with these terms.
Sizes, load-bearing capacity, and applicable pet sizes are for reference only. Please measure and confirm before purchasing.
Opened, used, incorrect size, wrong color choice, or personal unsuitability are generally not eligible for exchange or return.
If an order cancellation and refund are requested after payment, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as a handling fee.
Assembly or installation services, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, and related payments will not be refunded.
Size, Color, Packaging and Origin Description
- Sizes are manually measured, and a reasonable error of 1-3cm may exist; as all dimensions are measured manually, please refer to the actual product.
- Please measure the required size, placement space, entrance width, pet size, and load-bearing needs before purchasing; returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted after purchase due to product size discrepancies, unsuitable load-bearing capacity, wrong color choice, or not meeting personal needs.
- Due to factors such as shooting light, shooting equipment, display settings, and different production batches, there may be slight color differences or detail variations between the product images and the actual product. The final color, texture, packaging, and accessories shall be based on the actual product.
- Some products are made in China, or may contain simplified Chinese packaging, simplified Chinese instructions, mainland specifications labels, or original packaging; such cases are not considered quality issues or reasons for return or exchange.
Exchange, Return and Refund Restrictions
- To avoid contagious diseases and hygiene risks, please consider your pet's usage needs before purchasing; if the product has been unsealed, tried on, assembled, its packaging tape or box torn, stained with fur, odors, dirt, or any signs of use, no exchange, return, or refund will be arranged.
- Products that cannot maintain a complete, new, and resellable condition, including damaged packaging, missing accessories, lost instructions, removed tags, damaged or incomplete products, will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
- The company will not be responsible for damages caused by humans or pets, or damages caused by usage, storage, cleaning, transportation, installation, or environmental factors after the product has been delivered by Pets Thing.
- External packaging crushing, incompleteness, stains, or wrinkles caused by the shipping company or during the delivery process that do not affect the normal use of the product are not considered product quality issues.
- If obvious errors, omissions, damage, or suspected quality issues are found upon receipt, please contact the company within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and relevant proof; overdue or insufficient information may result in refusal of processing by the company.
- For pre-ordered, custom-made,代購, clearance, special offer, consumable, sanitary products, installed or assembled products, if specified on the product page or confirmed by customer service, cancellation, exchange, or refund is generally not allowed.
Wooden products, pet furniture, assembly and installation services
- All wooden products, including cat trees, scratching posts, cat houses, and pet furniture, may undergo changes due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, humidity, rain, thermal expansion and contraction, storage environment, or usage methods; refunds or after-sales arrangements will not be provided after 7 days of receipt, and the company is not responsible for consequences caused by related environmental factors.
- Pet furniture or products involving materials such as wood panels, rattan surfaces, hemp, fabric, sponge, plastic, and metal may involve a large amount of manual production and processing; minor scratches, dust, indentations, color differences, minor imperfections, or handmade marks on the surface, if they do not affect overall use, are considered normal and not quality issues.
- Regarding assembled goods, if problems arise due to personal installation methods, failure to follow instructions, uneven placement, loose screws, unsuitable use environment, or pet usage methods, you are responsible for handling and bearing the related risks.
- Before ordering any assembly product or assembly service from the Pets Thing website, please carefully read the relevant terms of service; these terms describe how the company or installation partners will provide assembly services at your chosen location.
- By placing an order and paying for any assembly or installation service, you agree to the relevant terms of service; once the order is confirmed, the related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and payments for installation services will not be refunded. This handling fee and cancellation arrangement do not apply to accepted exchange and return cases under the company's exchange and return policy.
- All purchasers must assess whether the product is suitable for their pets and home environment and bear the risks of use and safety; Pets Thing will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses to any purchasers, pets, third parties, or property caused by the installation, use, storage, or misuse of the product.

- For customers who have paid and request the company to cancel the order and refund, the company will deduct 20% of the total order amount as administrative and payment platform handling fees; if the order has been shipped, prepared, installation arranged, custom-made, or handed over to the supplier, it may not be cancelled.
- VIP offers, discount codes, gifts, special offers, or promotional activities, if subject to additional terms, shall apply concurrently with these terms; the refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount, used discounts, and provided services.
- The company reserves the right to refuse all unreasonable, malicious, repeated, overdue, insufficient information, or non-compliant requests for exchange, return, refund, order cancellation, and after-sales service.
