Dimensions, weight capacity, and applicable body types are for reference only. Please measure and confirm before purchasing.
No exchanges or returns are generally allowed for opened, used, wrong size, wrong color, or unsuitable personal needs.
A 20% handling fee of the total order amount will be deducted for order cancellation and refund requests after payment.
Assembly or installation services cannot be canceled once confirmed, and related payments will not be refunded.
Size, Color, Packaging, and Origin Description
- Dimensions are measured manually, and a reasonable error of 1-3cm may exist; as all dimensions are measured by hand, please refer to the actual product.
- Please clearly measure the required size, placement space, entrance width, pet body type, and weight capacity requirements before purchasing; we do not accept requests for exchange, return, or refund after purchase due to discrepancies in product size, unsuitable weight capacity, incorrect color selection, or personal unsuitability.
- Due to factors such as shooting light, shooting equipment, display settings, and different production batches, there may be slight color differences or detail variations between product images and actual products. The final color, texture, packaging, and accessories should be based on the actual product.
- Some products are made in China or contain simplified Chinese packaging, simplified Chinese instructions, mainland specifications labels, or original factory packaging; these circumstances are not considered quality issues or reasons for exchange or return.
Exchange, Return, and Refund Restrictions
- To avoid contact-based infectious diseases and hygiene risks, please consider your pet's needs before purchasing; if the product has been opened, tried, assembled, if the packaging tape or box has been torn, or if it has pet hair, odor, stains, or any signs of use, we cannot arrange an exchange, return, or refund.
- If the goods are not kept in complete, new, and resalable condition, including damaged packaging, incomplete accessories, missing instructions, removed tags, damaged or incomplete goods, no exchange, return, or refund will be arranged.
- The company will not be responsible for damages caused by humans or pets, or damages caused by use, storage, cleaning, handling, installation, or environmental factors after the goods are delivered by Pets Thing.
- Minor external packaging compression, incompleteness, stains, or wrinkles caused by the shipping company or delivery process that do not affect the normal use of the product are not considered product quality issues.
- If obvious errors, damage, or suspected quality problems are found upon receipt, please contact the company within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and relevant proof; if overdue or insufficient information, the company reserves the right to refuse processing.
- For pre-ordered, custom-made,代購 (purchased on behalf of), clearance, discounted, consumable, hygienic, installed, or assembled products, as specified on the product page or confirmed by customer service, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are generally not allowed.
Wood Products, Pet Furniture, Assembly and Installation Services
- All wood products, including cat trees, scratching posts, cat houses, and pet furniture, may change due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, humidity, rain, thermal expansion and contraction, storage environment, or usage methods; no refunds or after-sales arrangements will be provided after 7 days of receipt, and the company will not be responsible for the consequences caused by relevant environmental factors.
- Pet furniture or products involving materials such as wood panels, rattan surfaces, hemp, fabric, sponge, plastic, and metal may involve a large amount of manual production and processing; minor scratches, small dust, small indentations, minor color differences, minor imperfections, or manual traces on the surface, if they do not affect overall use, are considered normal and not quality issues.
- Regarding assembled goods, if problems arise due to personal installation methods, failure to follow instructions, uneven placement, loose screws, unsuitable usage environment, or pet usage methods, you are responsible for handling and bearing the related risks.
- Before ordering any assembly products or assembly services from the Pets Thing website, please carefully read the relevant terms of service; these terms describe how the company or installation partner will provide assembly services at your chosen location.
