Wall-mounted cat jumping platform installation fee

This installation fee is for the independent purchase and installation of cat tree accessories.

If you did not purchase the assembly service at the time of purchase, you can purchase this installation fee as an add-on after receiving the goods.

The installation fee is calculated per accessory installed.

Please contact us before purchasing. Related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and the payment for installation services will not be refunded.

Terms of Service

• By placing an order and paying for any assembly service on the Pets Thing website, you agree to these terms of service.
• Each item comes with assembly instructions and guidelines. If you need it, we are happy to provide affordable assembly services. (For the actual cost of assembly services, please refer to the corresponding product page.)
• Assembly service is limited to the installation of Pets Thing product components.
• Assembly service and delivery service will be arranged separately. After the customer receives the product, please contact Pets Thing customer service to schedule an assembly time. Your contact information will be provided to our installation partners, who will contact you to confirm the date and time of the assembly service.
• If you did not purchase the assembly service at the time of purchase and require assembly service after receiving the product, we will charge an additional administration fee of $50 on top of the basic assembly service fee.

You are responsible for ensuring:

1. Our installation partners have enough space to provide assembly services at your chosen location.
2. All relevant areas of your chosen location are free of obstructions and the ground is stable.
3. There is enough space to transport the largest component of the unassembled product through your chosen delivery point to the area where the product will be assembled;
4. The assembly address must be the same as the delivery address for the purchased product.

Other Details

• The installation technician only provides assembly services. For teaching or usage questions/methods, please contact Pets Thing customer service.
• If there are delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to actual circumstances such as traffic, region, weather, and other force majeure factors, the company shall not be held responsible, regardless of whether the cause of such delays or rescheduling is within the company's control.
• Ensure that the ordered assembled product can pass through and be assembled in the room of your choice, that it fits the space, and that it can be transported through the doors, stairs, and passages of the house, apartment, or room, and that there are no other items that complicate or make the ordered assembly service unresolvable.
• Once the order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and the payment for installation services will not be refunded.
• The installation service is valid for one month from the date of receipt of the goods. If it exceeds one month, it will be considered that you voluntarily waive the installation service, and we have the right not to perform the installation for the customer.
• Please ensure that your contact information is correct so that we and our installation partners can contact you regarding your order, delivery, and/or assembly services.
• If any damage or missing parts are found when the assembled product is delivered to you, our installation partners will deliver and install replacement parts for the assembled product on another mutually agreed-upon date.
• Some remote areas (such as Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, etc.) require an additional surcharge of $100. If customers have any questions about the assembly address, please contact us.
• Customers must carefully store and protect other furniture, flooring, walls, decorations, and property. The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused during installation.
• If the service involves drilling into walls for installation, customers should check and confirm whether there are wires, water pipes, or gas pipes at the drilling location before drilling. The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused during installation.
