Grill Cleaner is specially formulated to tackle stubborn grease and burnt-on food residue on cooking appliances, including ovens, grills, barbecue grates, stovetops, hob plates, barbecues, and cookers. Its high-efficiency oil-absorbing foam formula easily removes persistent grease and burnt residue. Made with organic, chemical-free ingredients, it can also be used on utensils and appliances that come into contact with food.
It has received the EU Ecolabel and safety certification from the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre (STC). It is not tested on animals, made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients, and is completely biodegradable. It contains no chemical components, no chlorhexidine, no alcohol, no preservatives, and no allergens, making it safe for use on surfaces that come into contact with food. Dermatologically tested for allergies, it is harmless to infants, pregnant women, the elderly, animals, and the environment, ensuring peace of mind during use.

- Certifications: Efficacy tested in an ISO 17025 certified laboratory, including allergen-free (Reg: 648/2004), free from phosphates and nickel (less than 0.01 ppm), dermatologically tested (human trials).
- How to use: Spray the solution evenly onto the greasy and burnt surfaces of appliances. Let it sit for a few minutes, then scrub and rinse with water. For better results, use on a warm oven (60°-70°C).
- Warning: This product is a flammable and volatile liquid that may cause severe eye and skin irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If it gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
Store in a cool place below 30 degrees Celsius, away from heat sources and other ignition sources, and keep the container tightly closed. - Note: Do not use on calcareous surfaces (marble, etc.). Sizes, weight capacities, and applicable pet types are for reference only; please measure and confirm before purchasing.
Opened, used, incorrect size, wrong color chosen, or not meeting personal needs generally not eligible for exchange or return.
For cancellations and refunds requested after payment, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
Assembly or installation services, once confirmed, cannot be canceled, and related fees will not be refunded.
Size, Color, Packaging, and Origin Description
- Sizes are measured manually and may have a reasonable error of 1-3cm; all dimensions are hand-measured, please refer to the actual product.
- Before purchasing, please clearly measure the required size, placement space, entrance width, pet body type, and weight capacity needs; we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect product size, unsuitable weight capacity, wrong color selection, or not meeting personal needs after purchase.
- Due to factors such as shooting light, shooting equipment, display settings, and different production batches, there may be slight color differences or detail variations between the product image and the actual product. The final color, texture, packaging, and accessories are subject to the actual product.
- Some products are made in China and may include Simplified Chinese packaging, Simplified Chinese manuals, mainland specifications labels, or original factory packaging; these situations are not considered quality issues or reasons for exchange or return.
Exchange, Return, and Refund Restrictions
- To avoid contagious diseases and hygiene risks, please consider your pet's needs before purchasing; if the product has been opened, tried, assembled, if the packaging tape or box has been torn, if it has pet hair, odor, stains, or any signs of use, we cannot arrange exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- If the product cannot maintain its complete, new, and resalable condition, including damaged packaging, incomplete accessories, missing manual, removed tags, damaged or incomplete product, no exchange, return, or refund will be arranged.
- Our company is not responsible for damage caused by human or pet actions, or damage occurring after Pets Thing delivers the product due to use, storage, cleaning, transportation, installation, or environmental factors.
- If the outer packaging is squeezed, incomplete, stained, or wrinkled due to the shipping company or delivery process, but does not affect the normal use of the product, it is not considered a product quality issue.
- If obvious errors, damage, or suspected quality issues are found upon receipt, please contact our company within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and relevant proof; our company reserves the right to refuse processing if overdue or insufficient information is provided.
- For pre-ordered, custom-made, special order, clearance, discounted, consumable, hygiene products, or assembled items, if specified on the product page or confirmed by customer service, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are generally not allowed.
Wooden Products, Pet Furniture, Assembly, and Installation Services
- All wooden products, including cat trees, scratching posts, cat houses, and pet furniture, may change due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, humidity, rain, thermal expansion and contraction, storage environment, or usage methods; refunds or after-sales arrangements will not be provided after 7 days of receipt, and our company is not responsible for consequences caused by related environmental factors.
- Pet furniture or products involving materials such as wood panels, rattan surfaces, hemp, fabric, sponges, plastic, and metal may involve a large amount of manual production and handling; minor surface scratches, dust, indentations, color differences, minor defects, or manual traces, if they do not affect overall use, are considered normal and not quality issues.
- For assembled goods, if problems arise due to personal installation methods, failure to follow instructions, uneven placement, loose screws, unsuitable use environment, or pet usage methods, you are responsible for handling and bearing the associated risks.
- Before ordering any assembled products or assembly services from the Pets Thing website, please carefully read the relevant terms of service; these terms explain how our company or installation partners will provide assembly services at your chosen location.
- By placing an order and paying for any assembly or installation service, you agree to the relevant terms of service; once the order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be canceled, and installation service fees will not be refunded. This processing fee and cancellation arrangement do not apply to cases of exchange or return accepted according to our company's exchange and return policy.
- All purchasers must assess whether the product is suitable for their pets and home environment and assume the risks of use and safety; Pets Thing will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses to any purchasers, pets, third parties, or property resulting from the installation, use, storage, or misuse of the product.
Order Cancellation, Refund Processing Fees, and Final Decision Rights
- For customers who request our company to cancel an order and issue a refund after payment, our company will deduct 20% of the total order amount as administrative and payment platform processing fees; if the order has been shipped, prepared, assembly arranged, customized, or handed over to the supplier, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
- VIP offers, discount codes, free gifts, special offers, or promotional activities, if they have additional terms, will apply concurrently with these terms; the refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount, used discounts, and provided services.
- Our company reserves the right to reject all unreasonable, malicious, repetitive, expired, insufficient information, or non-compliant exchange, return, refund, order cancellation, and after-sales requests.
- In case of any dispute, Pets Thing reserves the right of final decision within the scope permitted by law; these terms do not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
