Pets Thing: The latest information on pet products in Hong Kong

The city has been abuzz with the latest policy announcement lately. From housing to homeownership, every policy seems to portend life-changing changes. But amidst these macroeconomic figures and specific regulations, we at Pets Thing are more concerned: what does all this mean for our most important family members—our furry friends?

For pet owners in Hong Kong, this feeling is probably all too familiar: walking the same walking routes day after day, the inconvenience of not having a private car to take their pets to the doctor, and the eagerness to share more of the city's beautiful scenery with their furry friends.

Socialization isn't just a nice-to-have training exercise; it's the cornerstone of a dog's lifelong emotional well-being. However, in Hong Kong, a densely populated city with limited space, a core issue plagues countless conscientious pet owners.

"By 2025, will cats be allowed outside?" This question is not only a curiosity about the future, but also reflects the growing concern and thinking of modern cat owners for the welfare of their pets.

Almost every pet owner is familiar with the scene: coming home to a mess—shredded sofa cushions, an unexpected stain on the carpet—only to be greeted by a dog with its head down, its eyes averted, its tail tucked tightly between its legs.

Hong Kong summers, with their sticky, humid air and the incessant hum of air conditioners, are a daily reality for almost every household. But amidst this oppressive heat, what worries pet owners most is seeing their dog's water bag remain untouched all day.
